We regret to announce that we are unable to allow for any returns, exchanges or refunds. (We will exhange a defective item for the same.) Even though we are unable to accept or offer any returns, exchanges or refunds, PayPal, which processes all of our online monetary transactions, is offering their own Money Back Guarantee. We will replace a defective item that you receive from us only if you notify us by email within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will instruct you further once we receive your email. A defective item is an item with a defect in material or workmanship. All items are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. If merchandise is damaged in shipment, please contact the delivery service. If an item is found to be defective, it will be replaced with another of the same. No refunds or exchanges allowed.
